Having spent the majority of my career working in rapidly changing business environments with a lot of growth (followed by minimising large market falls) in often volatile markets, I am now working with other companies who face the same growth challenges. My history is all operational management and having seen or made most mistakes, we're attempting to share those lessons as we provide capital and community to the businesses we work with.All of these elements originate from the Purpose of the business, "Why" does it exist? What is the intent of the founding team and what keeps them motivated when times are tough?At VentureCrowd we are focused on combining our people + our platform to provide innovative, intelligent services in the digital financial services space.
