Mr. Testa provides all strategic and operational direction for SecureNX. His twenty-four years of experience with digital document workflows and management has allowed SecureNX to become a clear leader in providing solutions for the healthcare, litigation, claims and underwriting industries. He also provides high level consulting services to Far West Technologies with a specialization in Meaningful Use, HIPAA and HITECH compliance. From December 2008 to October 2011 Mr. Testa served as the Chief Operating Officer for Datafied. During this time he developed and implemented a comprehensive solution for the management, retrieval and abstraction of medical records. This solution has since become the cornerstone for document management projects utilized by several national health plans, as well as document retrieval providers. Previously, Mr. Testa was President, Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Live On The Go, an online ordering community for take out food. In 2005, Mr. Testa co-founded Direct Practice, an integrated medical facility that allows doctors the ability to share common resources. From 1991 to 2005, Mr. Testa served in various capacities, including most recently Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of American DataMed. American DataMed was a national document management company with over $20 million in revenue, 17 offices and more than 200 employees. American DataMed was sold in 2005, to the largest competitor, for its superior technology. At American DataMed, Mr. Testa designed and developed the first widely accepted web-based application and fully integrated solution that revolutionized the way law firms and insurance companies order, track, receive and pay for documents. In 2005 similar web-based applications accounted for more than 75% of the entire industry compared to 1999 when this process was first developed and accounted for less than one percent.
