I have dedicated the last 20 years to working in customer service for two successful companies. I spent 4 seasons working at Alton Towers working my way up from ride host to becoming supervisor of a small team. With the experiences I gained I went on to join Ryanair as cabin crew where I stayed for 10 years working my way up to cabin manager. The diversity of everyday in this job and no day being the same means I can now easily adapt to many different situations and scenarios. After Ryanair I wanted a position based back on the ground again and I found myself rejoining Merlin Entertainments but this time at Warwick Castle undertaking a security role here to further expand my skills.
