From stories he shared I saw that he worked in diverse industries, vibrant environments and had opportunities to travel and work in different cultures. I wanted to experience that so I switched from Engineering to Consulting. A decision that allows me to fulfill on a mission to create great experiences for others in a range of industries across diverse cultures. My keen interest in new and emerging technologies alongside strong motivation to see people and businesses succeed led me to take on a consulting role at Accenture. I progressed rapidly through the company between 2009 to 2013, fast tracking career promotions within one and a half years which typically took three years. I held key lead roles developing bespoke strategies and solutions for predominantly Telco clients. As I gained confidence and more success I undertook solution advisory roles to C-level personnel, executives and senior managers for multinational clients and SME markets. Every company I’ve worked at since my start at Accenture has enabled my professional and personal growth which has in turn helped me to conceptualize, innovate and expand solution offerings to clients that result in that one thing that still inspires me today – a job well done and unparalleled client satisfaction. Some of the ways I’ve created great experiences and business solutions for others:• As Principal Consultant at DXC Technology for Global Travel, Transport and Hospitality clients delivered multiple Digital Transformation and Advisory Roadmaps which resulted in repeat business of $20M additional revenue for the Implementation Work• While at ibb Consulting Group, built a Revenue & Pricing Forecast Model for a NZ FTA broadcaster, recommending an incremental trading approach to reduce revenue impact on its top 35% high spending clients• In my Lead Consultant role at Xchanging, co-led focus groups and gathered user insights for the Network Transformation Program for London’s second largest airport which resulted in securing GBP 4 million funding to implement the transformationOutside working hours, my focus is my family and any other free time I’ll be glued to my favourite sports: football and basketball.
