Darren has 30 years’ experience in the Australian Financial Markets working with investment banks, stock brokers and fund managers. His sell side experience - with a diverse group of international investment banks including: Credit Suisse, BNP Paribas and Shaw & Partners EFG - is extensive cutting across a wide range of industrial sectors, skill sets and functions. Whilst a Senior Equity Analyst Darren led the research, evaluation and marketing of over 200 companies, for which he won multiple awards. He is also experienced at negotiating and winning corporate mandates, and has advised on a dozen ASX listings and many capital raisings. Darren’s buy side experience includes working as a portfolio manager and sitting on investment committees for both equity and multi asset fund managers. He is currently an Executive Director and Portfolio Manager at Value Investment Partners and the Principal behind EX100 Research which provides corporate advisory, capital markets research, and funding solutions.
