1. Brand management: responsible for controlling the overall brand tone, including brand positioning, brand tone and external content output;2. Product management and maintenance: formulate and implement annual upgrade and optimization of existing products, including brand architecture design, product portfolio optimization, packaging upgrade, etc;3. New product development and promotion: open up the internal research, production and marketing system, promote the development of new products on the market, lead the completion of market research, product R & D sample, product strategy formulation, listing scheme and a series of work;4. Brand communication and promotion: output annual brand planning and formulate brand communication planning scheme, plan and implement communication activities at all stages, evaluate cost input and output, and promote the achievement of performance objectives;4. •Drafts creative briefs •Participates in creative briefing and review of advertising concepts •Prepares timing plans and ensures team’s project delivery to timing •Develops and distributes Project Books for each production job •Writes daily production updates and distributes to the client and agency team •Manages the approval process (agreed presence of key clients at different stages of the creative and production process) •Ensures client sign off on every stage of production •Manages financial control of creative projects •Runs regular internal and external status, review and presentation meetings •Leads Agency and Brand Team in consumer understanding – collects and distributes agency, client, and third party research/news
