- Responsible for establishing a standardized and efficient IT service management system, including the construction, operation and maintenance of the company's office network, infrastructure, and desktop, and complete the corresponding team construction, training, and management.- Coordinate and promote the establishment, implementation, delivery, operation and maintenance of software and systems required by various departments of the company, including OA, ERP, office365, etc.- Responsible for the effective implementation of information management requirements in various systems, the stable operation of software and hardware systems, and the consultation, guidance and necessary training of daily professional and technical problems.- Responsible for the operation of information security management system, establish security internal control process and meet internal and external compliance requirements.

1. Operation (40%)- According to overall business strategy, formulate planning scheme of information construction- Formulate information management rules and regulations to standardize the construction, operation, maintenance and safety of various information equipment and information systems- Manage routine operation task (PC, Laptop, server and network-based projects including OS upgrades, patch administration, PC virtualization, Server visualization, software hardware upgrades, VOIP and IP) Support 2000 users.- According to ticket and related solution to setup optimization project or planning scheme- Vendor management. Periodic check and filter vendors which could be in line with business development- Overall IT Team management, provide training, motivation, and assessment to ensure healthy growth of team members 2. Infrastructure (30%)- Responsible for infrastructure setup, management and maintenance. Insure network, storage, server etc. working smoothly.- According to best practice to install, support and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, Wi-Fi controllers, firewalls etc.- Responsible for security system design, setup, and operation. Formulate information security specifications and processes.- Support Telephone system and all related IP technology infrastructure- Provide network and host-based security, incident response, firewall and VPN management- Monitor network usage, anticipate problems, and suggest solutions 3. Application (30%)- Responsible for requirement analysis, data analysis, solution research etc. to support business development- Manage ERP and CRM system, support the request from different department- Support integration and new platform projects from global team, and adjust solution according to local requirement- Manage different visual online platform for online teaching environment

Project Management (30%)- Focus on cooperate project (Infrastructure, application, operation), communicate with cooperate, local IT team and external vendors to define most suitable IT solution based on business requirements and internal standards- Design project schedule with cooperate IT, local IT and business team to align resource allocation and timeline- Manage project from IT side and ensure the project follows planned resource, budget and schedule.- Conduct knowledge transfer from project team to operation team to ensure smooth transition2. Operation Management (40%)- Manage 15 helpdesk team members on each site in China (8 sites) including Hong Kong, Tai Wan- According to ITIL process to deploy daily work to Zeiss China- Manger service desk team to optimize work around - Coordinate with 2nd. or 3rd. level team to get support for new application or platform3. Digital Innovation (20%)- Identify opportunities for digital innovation, evaluate how emerging technologies would fulfill the needs of company; work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to sieve out potential opportunities for business digitalization; study key trends and best practices to establish and manage digital knowledge across the organization- Establish relationships and work closely with business partners, external vendors, as well as internal functional teams- Lead pilot or any assigned projects on online/offline technologies leading to a larger rollout of digital transformation strategy: design initial rollout plan and manage changes regarding people, process and systems 4. APAC workplace team management (10%)- Regular meeting with global workplace team to share information or get alignment for new solution.- Collect APAC related situation and find solution to fulfill different requirement. Support over 7000 users in APAC.- Timely express new standard and notification to APAC.- Provide 2nd. support to 1st. level team
