Current responsibilities include managing a staff of 12 employees while working very closely with Front Office Manager. Our hotel is an airport property hotel and convention hotel which sees hundreds to thousands of people each day. I balance sold out nights and juggle inventory to ensure the all aspects of hospitality are being met. Other duties include making and cancelling reservations, making very important judgement calls for the Hotel and working with all operations managers to ensure all safety, and financial goals are met.

Maintained 5 contracted airlines and ensured contracts were upheld and Airline Employees were blocked into rooms based on contract. Additionally performed duties as a front office agent when needed providing a great example of hospitality to all.

San Leandro Ca

Supervised a staff ranging from 4 to 25 during the school year and through the summer. Responsibilities included staff evaluations, scheduling, teaching First aid and CPR certification classes. I directly had contact with children, parents, school officials, city of san Leandro employees as well as resource and police officers. Staff and I supervised anywhere between 10 and 250 children at a time. Separately though still through the city of San Leandro I taught preschool and Pre K through a program called Kiddie College.
