May 2013 the group was acquired in a private equity backed acquisition by the Lowell Group. • Board Director responsible for Information Technology and Systems as part of a 2/3-year project resulting in the private equity backed acquisition of the organisation by the Lowell Group.• Led technical aspects of new projects, ensuring compliance (PCI, FCA (CONC, SYSC etc.)• Headed up the tender for technical design and implementation for debt recovery on behalf of HMRC and 1 of only 10 organisations to be awarded the contract. • Designed complex litigation & implemented solutions and processes enabling Fredrickson to be one of the leading litigators in UK, 2008 Fredrickson issued 76% of all warrants (England & Wales) for enforcement via the County Court Bulk Centre.• Designed and implemented a joint litigation funding model with a major UK credit card company, Fredrickson only supplier to meet the complex requirements.
