• Utilized Tableau to create data visualizations for IMPAQ Health to identify potential business development opportunities and partners• Collected and clean data to create a dataset to inform policy decisions of the CA Department of Social Services and CA department of Education by collaborating with agencies that work with subsidized childcare providers • Redesigned the process IMPAQ uses and advertises its data visualization capabilities by establishing templates, supporting trainings, taking on roles in related data visualization projects, and aiding other senior staff efforts

This enables Just Invest to offer personalized portfolio solutions that reflect client views and values while benefiting from the transparency, risk control and lower costs of index-based offerings. We manage multi-asset class portfolios and provide both asset allocation and asset class specific investment solutions for taxable and tax-deferred accounts. Just Invest specializes in working with our clients on Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) concerns, whether screening out negative issues or implementing positive tilts to those companies leading in specific factor categories.

• Facilitated small casual events to create the social culture of a club with 90 active members • Oversaw semester long initiatives aimed at helping members from different divisions to network such as creating an initiative utilizing social media in order to introduce over 60 new club members to each other • Fostered relationships between club members so that they better utilize all resources available t them such as alumni, campus resources, professors, sponsors and other active members

• Created a new system in Excel to organize all information related to 200+ client real estate investments • Implemented new data system with Directors and created a PowerPoint presentation to instruct my fellow coworkers on how to use, edit, organize, and create reports utilizing the new system • Managed all online media related to 60+ real estate investments, primarily in Bangkok, Thailand • Researched 50+ points of contact from popular brands and activities in Hong Kong to partner with in order to host events to help advertise new investment opportunities for club members from the banking community

• Collaboratively designed all logos and materials by getting input from the entire planning team• Volunteered the weekend of the conference to make sure the operation went smoothly

• Led meetings with planning team and community members to gather potential themes and created all designs needed for conference materials and marketing including the logo, pamphlets, and posters • Planned and executed the registration process of over 400 lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and ally university students from all over the country by coordinating with other leads and volunteers • Coordinated QTPOC conference events with the 2016 Queer and Asian Conference including 2 keynote speakers, Cherrie Moraga and Jade Phoenix Martinez, an open mic night, and 34 unique workshops • Designed a comprehensive website and controlled the content of the event’s Facebook page to inform and attracts attendees about the event, reaching over 2000 individuals within three months prior to the conference

• Facilitate several workshops throughout the semester focused on developing the professional skills of 70 active members with activies such as resume critiques and mock interviews • Hosted campus-wide networking initiative (>130 students, >15 companies, >$3K raised) with companies such as General Electric, DropBox, AT&T, Accenture, and Deloitte

• Maximized efficiency by organizing 100+ client files and company investments dating back to 2007 • Catalogued 4 years of client expenses with Quickbook to help prepare client tax returns • Researched and wrote articles on 83(b) election, R&D tax credit, and self-directed IRAs in order to increase brand awareness and doubled the number of views for the company website
