Project Manager I joined BAM Properties in 2007, acting client side, responsible for the delivery of Glory Park development in High Wycombe comprising three high-spec offices totalling 184,000 sq ft. Project managed the delivery of an office development in Chiswick and oversaw the demolition and enabling works on the following on office scheme comprising a very tight site with complex party wall issues. This site was bordered by office and residential dwellings requiring careful stakeholder management. All schemes achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating.

Financial control of new build/refurbishment projects ranging from £1m to £50m in value across most sectors and procurements routes. NEC and JCT experience under Trad and D&B arrangements. Notable projects include More London, Tower Bridge, a new state-of-the-art 7-storey high spec office development with basement, CAT A fit out, designed by signature Architect Sir Norman Foster & Partners. John Radcliffe Hospital Cardiac Expansion in Oxford secured under P21 Framework was another interesting and challenging scheme requiring NEC commercial expertise.
