*I manage the skin, hair and fragrance departments which houses over 40 brands. *I am responsible for making sure that each brand comps on the year as well as maintaining a positive comp on the year for the department as a whole. *I ensured that end of the year last year we comped at +7.05% which brought a profit of $46,057.52. *I am also responsible for ensuring that the cast is utilizing the proper technology to ensure trust in our sales as well as making shopping at our store convenient in which we finished at +5.53% (322 more uses than the previous year).*I ensured that my 2/3 exclusive brand accounts were in the top 5 percent as well as ensuring that the 3rd brand was making a profit from last year bringing in over 85,000.00 dollars in exclusive sales. *I also take pride in developing my cast and encouraging them to provide superior customer service by providing up to date and effective training on brands and products as well as coaching and celebrating their behavior at the appropriate moments. *I assert myself in operational tasks ensuring that products and my department are always current and up to date. *I ensure that payroll for the week is managed by adding or cutting hours depending on trending sales to ensure that we are utilizing every resource available to succeed.
