Designing and building standards-compliant sites for various companies from ecommerce to social networking; maintaining the sites of NetBop's large client base. Heavy use of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for all graphical and design work; all coding standards-compliant and cross-browser, cross-platform compatible.

Green Lane Cymru was responsible for gaining grant funding for environmental and educational projects with many community projects and schools throughout south Wales. Project design, funding applications, project management and capital works were part of the complete package offered to clients.One of the three founding members, I was responsible jointly for attaining funding for the venture, procuring vehicles and computer equipment and other setup organisational issues. When the company was up and running, I was responsible for client & supplier liason, project design, project funding and leading the contracting team on a share basis with a colleague.
