Managed the overall processes within the pharmacy’s front end (order entry) and back end (dispensing) departments for the pharmacy with over 80,000 prescriptions processed per month. Wrote SQL queries and Crystal Reports that helped departments manage the workflow or locate information from our FrameworkLTC SQL databases. Maintained all software updates for FrameworkLTC, FWHL7, FrameworkFlow, ERX Queue Manager, Surescript Queue Manager, and Drug files. Worked with corporate IT team with any projects that needed to be completed without causing any downtime for the pharmacy. Helped assisted living communities with any electronic medication records issues that arose working directly with them and the vendor to make sure any concerns were resolved as a three-way partnership. Traveled to the customers’ locations to represent the pharmacy on all new electronic medication record programs.
