As the CTO of Xexec within Reward Gateway following the PE acquisition, I played a crucial role in integrating Xexec’s technology into Reward Gateway's infrastructure. I successfully led the migration of Xexec's distinguished client base and managed the technology teams, aligning and streamlining processes for a smooth transition. My leadership role as a senior technology figure and solution architect with a strong focus on optimization and alignment was instrumental in guiding Reward Gateway teams toward an efficient integration. This strategic merger and optimization efforts contributed to doubling the group's value, culminating in a GBP 1.15bn acquisition by Edenred.
