Enjoyed a break from the hustle and bustle of professional work during a career transition.A couple of things I was up to:• Completed a Product-led Certification where I learnt how product can be used as the vehicle to drive growth, acquire and retain customers, and influencing organizational priorities. The course covers onboarding, launch & GTM plans, adoption post-launch, and product ops.• Worked towards a certification in Product Design by Google on Udacity. I enjoy observing how users consume digital products, so design and UX are naturally part of my interest. Also love the fact this course provides insights about ideation, validation, product research, and market fit.• Built a template for content creators on Notion. Some Instagram accounts I follow post amazing food content, but it's a struggle to find a list of recommended places for only a specific location. Instead of searching through all the Posts & Reels, my goal is to allow people view and sort these information by themselves through a webpage. This also comes with a semi-automated workspace where content creators can organize things such as voiceover scripts, video subtitles, and other metadata.• Learnt a little bit of cooking - to save on that expensive meal deliveries.

• Drove the development of Digital Bank's end-to-end onboarding experience, including integration with eKYC, FRAML, Customer Support, and 3rd party solutions using the Scrum approach.• Collaborated and aligned processes and implementations with stakeholders, including CEOs, Tech, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams.• Led the Onboarding's delivery of digital onboarding journey by setting the product's direction, including writing user stories, managing backlog, liaising with business units, and overseeing the pod's development & delivery. Team consisted of developers, designers, QA engineers, and others.• Designed high-fidelity wireframes using Figma to visualize the customer onboarding journey. Design was also used as reference to decide the (yet-to-launch) bank app’s end-state look and feel.• Launch the redesigned look for eWallet's Entertainment & Games section, improving browsing experience and driving business traffic.

Bondfire is a mentorship and skill-building program for secondary school students and fresh school graduates. We match young Malaysian professionals with students to equip them with additional knowledge and skills, not usually learnt in classrooms, and help them prepare them for college or the workforce. Since our inception in 2018, we've helped multiple groups of young individuals make that transition from school to college smoothly, and to various fields of study ranging from medicine to game design.
