I established the first CrossFit Gym recognised by Reebok, incorporating international CrossFit standards throughout the development of training programs. My role involved coordinating with external contractors to lead training groups with up to 35 people within a government organisation. This involved formulating training and protocols to align with KPI’s through analysis and post-task debriefs.

GSC Training consults to International, Professional & Elite level Athletes through the development and implementation of strength and conditioning programs.My role involves overseeing 20 Coaches and promoting best practices by facilitating professional development initiatives and engaging with SME’s to support the design of products that monitor human performance. Forging strong, productive inter-agency networks across business and sport, I established partnerships with global brands including Reebok & Nike. I have developed and cultivated strong relationships with representatives from The Australian Weightlifting Federation, CrossFit Inc., Rugby Union as well as within government organisations.

During this timeframe, I held roles as Licensee & General Manager for 2 businesses within the hospitality sector.Forming strategic partnerships through effective stakeholder liaison as well as leading successful supplier negotiations enabled me to facilitate business growth.
