Enrichment programs, teacher support and development, assessment preparation, literacy and numeracy skills are all focus points of the role. Alongside this is student welfare and cocurricular involvement.

Climbed to become the top school in the TAS competition by 2012, winning the First XV premiership the same year. Won the First XV premiership the following three years (2 undefeated), and again in 2019 (undefeated). College held the top school ranking from 2012 to 2017, and gaining it back in 2019.

This involved leading over 200 students and working closely with parents and staff to ensure the needs of each student in the house were met, house spirit and enthusiasm was fostered, as well as planning individual plans for students needing extra support.
