I am currently on assignment from the Dow Services Business to Dow’s Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures organization. Within this role, I currently lead a team of functional experts who define an asset carve scope, complete the due diligence, including the site services, required contracts, conditions, financials and service delivery. Assets are very large, businesses have a global presence, people, facilities, and team resources are global, truly a highly complicated activity. Over the past 6 years, I have been involved with several of Dow's largest merger and divestiture activities, including the largest of these with Olin and now with DuPont.With 26 years in the chemical industry I have experience including manufacturing, supply chain, process automation, technology expertise, large site integration, project management, talent development and plant management.My leadership style is people centric. I work to energize my team to collaborate and achieve the desired results and celebrating excellence. I am very inclusive but able to be leader centered as the situation requires.I come from a family of teachers. As such, I enjoy developing my staff to that next level of proficiency. As my team demonstrates skills and ability, I empower them with more responsibility to stretch them to be the best that they can be and create the next generation of leadership.
