Facilitating the definition, implementation and reporting of KPI's to objectively measure product quality.To showcase agile methodologies (Scrum based) I took on the role of Scrum Master with a mobile app team who had problems releasing quality software. Using a Scrum based methodology and continuous retrospective improvement the team were able to release much higher quality software and stabilise release returns to almost zero in 3 months. Also, part of the management team that built a set of new teams from scratch as a start-up to develop new products separate from the main business.
