As an Area Manager, my role is to support and develop my team of Center Managers to operate successful learning centers. I recruit, hire, and train leaders that are passionate about helping children master mathematics and become more confident in their own skills. I hold my team accountable to achieving key performance indicators and focus on ensuring that my students have the best educational and enriching experience.
