As Project Manager, I am responsible for the management of all construction activities and services to ensure that the client’s needs and goals are fulfilled throughout each stage of the project. I joined Jones Lang LaSalle Capital Markets Group in the summer of 2012 as an Associate. I contributed to both the Investment Sales and Real Estate Investment Banking teams where my responsibilities included constructing comprehensive underwriting, debt placement and valuation analyses, coordinating due diligence and developing marketing materials for the sale and financing of commercial real estate assets across all asset types.

While at Roseview I assisted lenders and financial institutions in valuing, managing and disposing of distressed and non-performing commercial assets, including notes and foreclosed property (REO). Specifically, I was responsible for building financial models to evaluate various assets and loans and also assisted in the management and disposition of foreclosed properties across a variety of asset types. Roseview invests with and advises institutional clients across the nation.
