Engaging with High Export Potential (HEP) businesses across the Midlands region to encourage International Growth and identify barriers to export, with a view to connecting them with an International Trade Adviser.

Working as part of the West Midlands Business Development team, speaking with regional business leaders to advise on how the Department for International Trade can help raise their profile overseas, thus increasing export potential and turnover. I then arrange for them to get connected with an International Trade Adviser to assist in achieving export goals, also ensure all company information is kept updated on the government data hub and prospect database. In a 12 month period I successfully arranged over 250 unique referrals to both International Trade, and Export Academy Advisers. From 2019 - 2022, my lead generation has resulted in Export wins totalling a revenue of £113M.
