Lead and drive the performance of the Healthcare and Education portfolio of Banyan-owned, but independently run software companies, to ensure they grow to their full long-term potential. Own the financial results of these companies, oversee the CEOs, and evaluate new acquisition opportunities that align with Banyan's model to be the best permanent home for small to mid-sized vertical market software companies, their employees and their customers.

P/L ownership of 3 major product lines. Led cross functional market management teams including sales, product management, customer success and business development including ownership for full GTM.

Direct P/L ownership as well as sales organization management including 70+ employees including field reps, national accounts, account management, technical sales, sales development and market development reps. Also led sales organization transformation and redesign including structure, territories, comp plans, forecasting, pipeline management, new hire orientation, bootcamps and overall sales management cadence.

Headed all customer facing operations (500+ employees). Spearheaded major initiatives to improve customer experience, customer onboarding and support effciency.

Led the internal initiative to convert to the new revenue recognition standard for multiple element arrangements, ASC 606. Also focused on process improvements to improve cash collections and acceleration of our annual audited financial statements.

Directed all finance, accounting and treasury functions, serving over 11,000 customers and 1,500 employees. Managed the financial equity investment of a large PE firm, facilitated the due diligence and acquisition of 4 companies in 10 months, oversaw a company-wide internal software transformation project and engaged with outside lenders to secure debt financing.

Scaled and led all finance and accounting functions through a period of aggressive revenue growth (32%+ CAGR organic during tenure). Established annual GAAP compliant financial statement audits (Ernst & Young) and built and formalized all accounting and finance functions from scratch.

Directed executive level sales and negotiation meetings with contracts of $750k+ ARR. Consistently managed and exceeded multi-territory quota.

Led training sessions of 100+ people on CRM SaaS software as well as detailed modeling meetings with executive teams. Worked closely with dealership management to drive improvement across multiple KPI’s.

Assisted Fortune 500 clients in meeting financial reporting requirements across multiple industries, including, financial services, technology, automotive and entertainment.
