Accountable for product design, development, testing, and customer delivery. Products include CRM systems built on Siebel and Salesforce to support customer tracking and customer success, a two-sided online marketplace to sell complex consumer insurance products, and real-time interface products with private and government data sources.I managed four major functional teams responsible for policy analysis, new product development, existing product development, and user interface design.

Exeter Group was a boutique consulting company specializing in complex enterprise implementations. As a solutions delivery leader, I was responsible for proposal delivery and pre-sales, as well as the actual client implementation. I delivered solutions including a $300M healthcare management system, multiple government benefits systems, a state healthcare exchange, a health insurance data warehouse, and a call center.Technologies I worked with included Salesforce, Siebel CRM, Liferay, Tableau, Splunk, Oracle middleware, Oracle Policy Automation rules engine, and more. I've succeeded with regulatory approval around FedRramp, 510(k) medical device clearance, HIPAA, HITECH, and other federal and local regulations.
