Held2gether is a company I developed to creatively enhance communication and productivity through the power of improvisation. Originally an actor, I came to realize through my own training of improvisational comedy that the benefits reach far beyond the stage. Improv training opens the floodgates to team brainstorming, highlighting individual’s strengths, encouraging risk-taking, and developing precise listening skills. These same skills that contribute to a successful improv performance, are equally critical in creating successful teams in business. Today Held2Gether consists of a nationally recognized training program and professional Los Angeles based improv comedy school.
