I built and lead the global staffing & accreditation operation, supporting the global event retail business, currently focused on Formula 1.Responsible for building a bespoke workforce management system, recruiting a travelling team of trackside staffing managers and negotiating a 6 figure partnership with a global staffing agency all in support of the execution of an end to end event staffing operation at 22 races of the F1 calendar. Managed 10 million euro+ staffing budget.Work with local race promoters and F1 to ensure compliance with all visa and registration process globally. Designed process for all associated logistics: flights, accomodation, visas, accreditation and in country transportation.Manage a pool of 20 specialist travelling freelancers, who work in support of the global operation.

Responsible for management of 1000 casually employed event day stewards, and 6 partner stewarding agencies, working as part of the club Safety Team.Created steward position dot plans and executed their deployment in line with club safety requirements for Football, NFL, Boxing, Music and Conference events at the stadium.Expert knowledge of 'VenueAware' Workforce and stadium management system.

I led the newly formed Workforce team at LimeLight Sports, delivering workforce solutions (paid casual & agency staff as well as volunteers) for world class agency campaigns (Nike, NFL, J.P Morgan Corporate Challenge) as well as a portfolio of owned mass participation events (Hackney Moves Festival, ASICS London 10k, Blenheim Palace Triathlon etc).I overhauled the complete workforce operation, transitioning to a systemised, project based approach, implementing technology supported processes that streamline the planning and execution of our events (expert Rosterfy user).

Redesigned many long standing event operations processes working across 8 annual events. Implementing systems and technologies to make the event planning process and delivery better, all while saving money and time. Part of Elluid Kipchoge’s marathon record ‘INEOS 159’ challenge in Vienna and the governments post Covid-19 'return to running' pilot event research programme.-Built and led the transformation to a centralised Workforce (Paid and Volunteer) Management programme and systems (Expert knowledge of Rosterfy system). -Defined and executed the overall Accreditation and Access Control strategy and operations across the organisation. Subsequently adopted by multiple other World Marathon Majors. (Expert knowledge of allowME and Accredit Solutions systems).-Rebuilt on site Health and Safety induction process, creating an online induction and registration platform and complementary site access control process and pass system (pioneered the use of the GetonSite system in the event industry, now adopted industry wide).-Created an online VAPP system and process, replacing paper based legacy way of working.
