• Leapfrogged from Cirrus insight email synchronization to Einstein Activity Capture.Product, Opp-Line Item & Quote Line-Item Hierarchy Automations Project• Product2 Table had 1,800 entries. Main configurable product offering: 15 advanced biochemical sample readers ranging in price from $8,000 to $95,000. Developed hierarchy grouping complex product offering of advanced biotech laboratory instruments (the core offering units ranged from $8,000 to $95,000 and these that have many configurations, replacement parts, and consumables.• Used Magic Mover to convert and archive 25,000 notes and attachments to Modern Notes & Salesforce Files.• Deployed MyDomain, guest user access and other release updates as required by Salesforce.• Security Enhancement Project• Org originally had 12 users with high security risk system permissions, and no 2-Factory Authentication.• User Perm Comparator and Permission Helper to define two baseline profiles for all users. Service needed its own so as to be able to share an organization-wide email address, • Hubspot Lead Integration & Rep Governance Project• Developed Process Builder and Flow Builder flows to take raw lead data from Hubspot and run assignment rules on leads.• Troubleshot integration problems and presented findings to Hubspot team in Germany. Deck here.• Worked with stakeholders to develop requirements for sales rep service level expectations and implemented dereliction automations when reps were not living up to their responsibilities.• Reps would receive a dereliction warning email 1 business day and 2 business days after being assigned a lead.
