Version 1 used a Chatter Free licenses and a collaboration group, but limitations in the functionality of Chatter Free lead us to implement the system in SharePoint using the Salesforce connector to monitor the Lead History table for new rows, then copy the lead data to a SharePoint list in a Private M365 Group and then send an email via Outlook/Exchange to invite the user to inspect the change. -
