Senior Managenent & Program Analyst (Bamc)
Serve as an senior program analyst & contracting officer representative for Contract Management Branch, Resource Management Division, Brooke Army Medical and Trauma 1 Center. United States Army Medical Command and Department Health Agency. Manage COR acquisition & procurement process for 370 labor and supplies contracts with an operating program budget of approximately $1B. contracts to Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC). To include 10 assigned satellite health care facilities within the Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) geographical area.Additional Duties: Financial Budget AnalystServe as an budget analyst with analytical experience to support the 10 designated medical department facilities belonging to the San Antonio Military Center (SAMMC). Provide and managed over $34 million in budgetary services to Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), SAMMC-North, Wilford Hall Regional Medical Center, Lackland Air Force Base (SAMC-South), and their assigned satellite health care facilities within the San Antonio geographical area. Knowledge of a wide variety of General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) ERP/SAP budgetary methods, practices, policies, procedures, regulations, and precedents; and the accounting system and related documents used to gather and analyze budgetary information. Performs a variety of budgetary, administrative, and statistical functions to support budget formulation. Manage the ever increasing number contracts, transactions, and dollars that are processed at a headquarters. Tracks and report funds distribution, reconciling commitments/obligations and reallocating organizational funds as directed. Assist with supporting budgetary requirements for Protocol Studies, Research Development Testing and Evaluations (RDT&E), AMEDD advanced Medical Technology Initiative (AAMTI). Utilizes a wide variety of retrieval and reporting software such as Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS).
