Reviewing and determining the cause of any video alarm activations for close to 100 sites across the country. Communicating with and constant monitoring and tracking of the mobile patrol fleet on duty. Liaising with mobile patrol drivers, engineers, Gardaí and customers as needed. Answering customer queries in a timely and professional manner. Rostering of static security and mobile drivers, often on short notice. Monitoring and checking of static security officers on over a dozen sites every hour. Keeping an accurate and up to date record of any incidents that occurred during the course of the shift, both minor and major. Monitoring and release of fuel for vehicles on dedicated unmanned fuelling stations. Compiling a daily report of any issues with any sites require need further attention. Remote access control for a dozen or so sites across the country. Compiling miscellaneous reports ranging from times patrols were carried out to reports of intruders on site and what action was taken. Show less
