Assist FQHCs nationwide with virtually all aspects involving the management of their 340B and pharmacy programs, including operations, compliance, auditing, reporting and other services. Assist with state specific Medicaid compliance requirements as it relates to 340B. Assist with opening of new entity-owned pharmacies and optimization of existing pharmacy operations to maximize covered entity 340B savings. I continue to serve CHC in an advisory role to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, accreditation and funding agencies; including but not limited to 340B, HRSA, BPHC, AAAHC, DEA, Board of Pharmacy, and other applicable federal, state, and local regulatory and/or accrediting agencies.
