The business was an overnight success, becoming the most popular venue in the area for locals and visitors alike. Soon afterwards I became a licensee enabling the business to sell wine and bottled beer alongside fresh food and coffee. In 2006 I expanded the business into the event catering industry, winning contracts for the IOW Council, IOW College, Cowes Week and many local private and business events. By installing a strong management team I was able to run the business alongside my main career at Premier Telecom while retaining full day to day control. This was a challenge but extremely rewarding at the same time.
