As the business grew I was responsible for leading the organisation, motivating a sales team, developing new business and scaling our product offerings. Responsible for full P&L, marketing, brand and growth.Prepared the business for exit and improving profitability prior to leading the sale process.

Founding Director of broad based HR consulting business with strong emphasis on change management; productivity improvement; introduction of annualised salaries into manufacturing environments & industrial relations.Lead change initiatives in highly unionised environments as a facilitator driving productivity improvements that were sustainable and benefited both parties.

Dunlop Slazenger & Dunlop FootwearAs key member of leadership team in both organisations these roles included investigation of ongoing manufacturing in Australia and attempts to improve productivity in unionised environments. Drove change agendas, negotiated EBA's, developed and implemented strategies for workforces of between 200 - 350.Oversaw transfer of manufacturing to offshore production and subsequently managed large scale downsizing.

Short term contract managing over 5000 applications for the graduate program. Review applications, undertake interviews and make recommendations across all disciplines for the annual intake of 100 graduates.

Worked across 2 divisions and 3 sites within Unilever. Commenced at North Rocks Lever Rexona which was a combined head office and manufacturing site. Responsible for broad range of HR activities including performance management, induction, recruitment, industrial relations and safety.Transfered to the Minto Lever Rexona site which manufactured powdered and liquid detergents with a greater focus on industrial relations on a highly unionised site with five unions. Key focus was building relationships with workforce and influencing change. Key member of site negotiating team during site shutdown culminating in the loss of over 200 jobs.Moved onto Unifoods manufacturing facility which produced coffee and tea. Lead HR initiatives primarily in employee relations area.

Entry role into HR which provided solid skills in payroll, interviewing and policy.
