Responsible for broad range of HR activities including performance management, induction, recruitment, industrial relations and safety.Transfered to the Minto Lever Rexona site which manufactured powdered and liquid detergents with a greater focus on industrial relations on a highly unionised site with five unions. Key focus was building relationships with workforce and influencing change. Key member of site negotiating team during site shutdown culminating in the loss of over 200 jobs.Moved onto Unifoods manufacturing facility which produced coffee and tea. Lead HR initiatives primarily in employee relations area.
