Outline of responsibilities:• Financial business partnering for the High Street Network multi customer account (Revenue £100m)• Shape Direction with Senior Leadership team to identify risks and develop opportunities.• Ensure the commercial mechanisms within the contracts are being applied.• Lead and inspire the finance team (2 x FM’s, 7 x AFM’s, 2 x Purchasing/Payroll) • Ensure all controls are in place and that accurate numbers are reported in a timely way.As an approachable and professional individual, I work effectively with both my colleagues and the customers. A challenge (but one I enjoyed), after the contract was signed, was in supporting the operational team to translate this into the day to day methods and processes, to maximise the accounts financial performance.I work in a very pro-active way, and enjoy developing ideas to ensure the delivery of coherent, timely information. Being well-accomplished in using Excel has allowed me to analyse and develop various reports, including new budget and payroll models. My patient and systematic approach, allows me to identify discrepancies and work towards solutions.
