Responsibilities• To provide support to a group of workers with a disability• To assist each individual through training and support to attain their optimum skill and productivity level• To be a role model by working alongside the crew members as a fellow worker• To record skill development and performance improvement and to participate and report on these matters• To record support levels and report as appropriate• To liaise with the Employment Training Manager with regard to individual training and future placement• To foster independence by assisting individuals in areas of work habits, travel, socialization etcAchievements• Successfully supported employees to reach workplace goals and get a salary increase
