As an Onboarding supervisor I am responsible for overseeing the continued development, performance, and retention of our staff throughout their orientation period following training.

I provide telephonic crisis assessment, stabilization, and referral services for customers throughout the United States and Canada and increasingly provide leadership through staff consultation, training, and work on increasing employee retention.

I assess, stabilize, and refer consumers experiencing a variety of mental health needs ranging from loneliness to severe mental health crises involving psychosis, suicidality, and homicidal thinking. Our agency helps provide access to mental health support and resources for consumers across the United States, Canada, and sometimes even across the globe.

Worked as a counselor in a non-profit community counseling center assessing and treating adult clients with a variety of mental health concerns.

Worked as a family therapist, providing assessment, treatment, and case management for children, adults, and their families. This included juvenile foster youth through the Oregon Youth Athority. I also participated in wrap around services for some of my clients.
