I'm passionate about creativity, communication, and collaboration—whether it's in the classroom, consulting with startups, or leading workshops through SparkFinder Labs. My career has been driven by the desire to help others unlock their potential, explore new ideas, and bring meaningful change to their work and communities.As a Lecturer at the University of Texas at Austin, I guide students through the dynamic worlds of entrepreneurship and innovation, helping them discover how to think critically, innovate boldly, and apply real-world skills to their ventures. My approach is hands-on, and I love sparking “aha” moments that inspire the next generation of business leaders.In addition to my teaching, I’m currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration at Oklahoma State University, where my research focuses on the intersection of ADHD and entrepreneurship. As someone who is neurodiverse, I’m deeply passionate about advocating for neurodiversity and fostering environments where all individuals—especially those with ADHD—can leverage their unique strengths to succeed. This research drives my commitment to creating inclusive, supportive spaces in both academic and business settings.Outside the classroom, I bring my experience as a two-time entrepreneur and consultant to help businesses find creative solutions and develop strategies that lead to growth. At SparkFinder Labs, I design workshops that focus on ideation, prototyping, and team-building, working closely with organizations to foster collaboration and drive results.My goal in all of my roles is simple: to make a lasting, positive impact through education, innovation, advocacy, and strategic action.
