I currently lead the Group Investigations team at the Commonwealth Bank Group where we play a vital role in supporting the Group’s vision through the provision of our fraud and misconduct investigation services. In this capacity I am accountable for ensuring that we consistently deliver high quality investigations in a timely manner whilst assisting our internal customers to mitigate their risks effectively. I oversee the delivery of investigative services across a large array of sometimes highly sensitive and complex matters including, but not limited to, Whistle-blower investigations, internal and external fraud, bribery & corruption and serious employee misconduct. I am sought after for my advice and insights regarding fraud and misconduct related matters and have demonstrated experience at managing operational outcomes whilst driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role is dynamic; fast paced and requires the ability to react quickly whilst making sound decisions. We service a large number of internal customers and stakeholders whilst also taking the lead in engaging with external stakeholders such as government agencies, law enforcement and regulators.
