I helped write the quality manual, wrote many of the quality procedures and guidance, and managed the company intranet, of which the Quality Management System was part. I created, populated and maintained the company KnowledgeBase, an intranet-based resource library useful to anyone involved in the manufacturing process. It contained health and safety information, technical data sheets, instructions on using different equipment, and so on.I wrote manufacturing instructions for the circuit boards and units in production. These were all hosted on the intranet, and included step-by-step instructions with accompanying photographs and diagrams.
