On a sales floor of over 100 staff, our team was consistantly the best and i would often train new recruits to a very good level where they could make money (and i'd make override) I was promoted from sales person to team leader, with 2 months at Hill Davenport through consistant closing of deals, and staff/team management. Consistantly closing deals on various international projects for both my staff and myself. Knowing how to deal with various staff members from varied backgrounds in order to make each one individually successfull, for the overall benefit of our team. During this role I would often close deals with some of the most senior people at the largest companies in the world, such as: BMW, Audi, Adidas, Microsoft to name but a few. I really enjoyed the buzz of getting a deal for the staff, coming in on a call to help 'second voice' the deal in, or taking over to turn the client with a better angle, or different sales style in order to help save the deal and get the business.
