I practice primarily in immigration law, working with businesses and individuals to facilitate the entry of people into Canada both as temporary residents and permanent residents. I also assist clients who are already in Canada with permanent residence applications, citizenship applications, and the renewal of their temporary status as visitors, workers and students. I have a strong background in corporate and commercial law, which helps me to understand and anticipate my clients’ business needs. For my clients who are purchasing a business in Canada as part of their immigration plan, I can assist not only with the immigration-related applications, but also with the incorporation of a new company and the purchase of the business itself. My background also includes wills and estate law, which is a benefit to my clients who are looking to prepare a will after relocating to Canada. One of my key strengths is the ability to problem-solve and find creative solutions when faced with unique or difficult situations.
