Senior Manager for Aston Martin, responsible for both the Advanced and Current Manufacturing Engineering within Trim shop, Trim & Final, Off tracks and VCATs for the Gaydon Manufacturing plant, as well as the Advance Manufacturing Engineering in our St Athan plant.Responsible for developing and implementing the manufacturing strategy required to deliver new product content into manufacturing, whilst maintaining and improving the current production processes. Working closely with Program teams, R&D (Product development), Launch, and Manufacturing to ensure that projects are fully defined, resourced and tracked through to completion within a role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to simultaneously manage numerous project deliverables. My knowledge and experience also include Body Shop manufacturing, in Aston Martin, as well as other large OEM Automotive manufacturing facilities, and a Press shop (stamping) and Maintenance background.
