I am an experienced Founder, Entrepreneur, Principal Consultant, General Manager, Enterprise Change Leader, Consultancy Manager and Coach. I have over 18 years experience in the development and application of the NeuroPower framework (a neuroscience-based change platform) to:- develop LEAN production leadership training and organisational development programs- develop and implement customer-centric business strategy- deliver executive leadership coaching and development- build high-performance teams- improve and align service delivery to strategic direction- develop and implement large-scale culture change- design and deliver neuroscience-based research and analytics programs- design brain-based "matching" models for dating and matrimonyI have developed and delivered enterprise-wide, customer-centric cultural change programs, both as a management consultant and as a general manager in large and mature organisations around Australia.
