Acquired and sold multifamily assets on the West Coast and expanded joint venture relationships with capital partners. Achievements include successfully sourcing, negotiating and closing JV investments with institutional investors.

Bidwell Group is a real estate consulting company providing value-add services to clients throughout the United States, with emphasis in the multifamily sector. Consulting services include: acquisitions sourcing and underwriting, transactional due diligence, dispositions, repositioning and redevelopment, asset management, and portfolio performance analysis. Also led the consulting services team at Institutional Real Estate, Inc., providing strategic advice to firms interested in accessing institutional capital. Services included: identifying potential capital sources, tailoring strategies to access investors, evaluating business plans, refining presentations, and locating joint venture partners for programmatic investing.

Led the Investments team on the East Coast and then West Coast. I was responsible for sourcing, recommending and completing acquisitions and dispositions, as well as leading redevelopment and asset management initiatives. Completed over $1.3 billion of multifamily acquisitions and dispositions.

Instrumental in acquiring and selling over 16,000 apartments and participating in $1.2 billion in mergers and structured transactions. Managed joint venture relationships with over 5,000 apartments, portfolio analysis/ranking, and closing mezzanine debt transactions.

Managed a portfolio of 2.4 million square feet of multifamily and commercial real estate in the Western United States, with one of the largest privately held pension funds advisors in the country.
