Engaged in on-boarding and orientation presentations to increase employee awareness of intrinsic compensation, employee engagement initiatives, rewards programs as well as other employee retention strategies.Listed as the Primary Officer for Service Canada’s ROE Web and responsible for the completion and submission of Records of Employment to Service Canada within legislated time frames. Mentoring of employees and managers on employment standards and human rights legislation as a subject matter expert as required.
