Original developer of the Carlson Marketing Loyalty Marketing application MVS, a desktop application for the internal administration of points based Loyalty Marketing programmes managed by Carlson Europe both in the UK and mainland Europe for companies such as Shell, Infocus and BAA. Later worked in a restructured development team for Connect RM, a rebrand and enhancement of MVS for use by Goldfish. Also worked on several Web projects including the build phase of websites for Johnnie Walker, Guinness, Shell Pluspoints, Volvo, Dunlop, BAA, plus email campaigns for companies such as Comet and Infocus.

Working in a small team developing a Delphi application that was distributed to registered Tradespeople as an interactive alternative to catalogue distribution.

Part of the KiS team developing a suite of Delphi desktop applications for use by the independent motor trade for parts selection and ordering.

Employed to develop desktop applications that interfaced with Lotus Notes primarily used by Unilever at their offices in London. Also developed utility applications including one that allowed Lotus Notes administrators to setup user permission templates and apply them in bulk to Lotus Notes databases.

Developed bespoke MS-DOS and MS Windows applications in Clipper, Delphi and C++ including an application that calculated fluid pressure to allow engineers to select industrial pumps, and a project for BBC Post Production that allowed tracking of VT and other media around BBC television centre in London.

Designed and developed computer software for the Health & Safety industry (including local authorities and Fire & Rescue services) specifically for the administration and submission of HSE2508 forms and for providing a library of COSSH Data sheets. Development was primarily for MS-DOS using Clipper (Summer '87) and occasionally using the Sycero DB RAD tool.
