I am a big picture visionary with effective, hands-on attention to details and execution. I started my career in the automotive industry while I was still in high school. Having always had an interest in what makes a vehicle tick I guess I was destined to be in this industry. Starting out as a parts driver I quickly moved to the back parts counter at my neighborhood import auto repair and parts store, Mercury Imports in Hampton Virginia. Sourcing the hard to find parts became my specialty as I love the challenge of the search. I started a three ring binder of new sources that I have kept and maintained to this day. I also have a love for electronics and like to pull non-working things apart, diagnose and repair to get it working again. This became one of my extra duties when radios and trunk mounted CD changers (showing my age) were not working on clients cars.
