As a senior team member, I am tasked with integrating complex banking solutions such as CRM systems, Core Banking Systems, Order Management Systems and eBanking functions to a diverse portfolio of local and international clients in the private banking and wealth management sectors. In order to overcome potential challenges, I would closely interact with internal departments to deliberate project schedules, project plans and deliverables. This enabled me to predict resources needed to achieve milestones , to understand resource availability, and reach project deadlines. If any changes were made to project plans or deadlines, I would update Project Executives and Steering Committees who would then inform clients of potential delays. This provided visibility and transparency of projects. In addition, I organise and present workshops for users of the private banking solutions in order to translate their needs into software configurations and to gather feedback. By completing Functional, Regression, UAT, Integration and Performance tests I am able to actively track, analyse and resolve any issues, enhancing satisfaction.

To aid with the implementation of core banking suite for over 70 international clients, I oversaw the implementation of the full system life-cycle from configuration through to end-user training. By defining project scopes and project plans, I was able to identify lessons learned and by prioritising demand conflicts, accurately navigated projects through to completion. At each stage, I provided clear direction of objectives and realistic milestones and by investigating development opportunities, was able to translate business workflows into software models, aligning outputs with project scopes. As there were many technical components associated with the FIS solution integration, I would conduct scenario tests to prioritise bug fixes and relay results to local, remote and international team members. This ensured that test environments were standardised and consistent, maintaining accuracy.In addition, I would interact with Sales Managers and Business Analysts to understand project scopes and led pre-sales activities in the UK, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Bahamas and the Middle East.

Piloted the naturalisation of a Swiss-based core banking system into the UK wealth management market by redefining workflows for the BPO service and migrating clients to SunGard software solutions; delivered end-user training, workshops and demonstrations to enhance their understanding and boost efficiencies.
