Led Oral Care Marketing group, including Sensodyne Toothpaste, Toothbrushes and Oasis Mouth Moisturizer. Sensodyne CAGR grew +14% in 3-year period, driven by launch of Sensodyne Tartar Control and successful defense vs. Crest Sensitivity Protection.

Led new business development function for Block Drug US. Acquired global rights to PerioGlas synthetic bone regeneration material. Launched Oasis, an artificial mouth moisturizer. Initiated NDA for Aphthasol, the first Rx for canker sores in the US, launched in 1998 after FDA approval.

Successful progression in Brand Management at Block Drug Company US, managing Sensodyne Toothpaste at every level of Marketing for eight years, growing the Brand four-fold from $10m to $40m. Also managed Denture Care brands and Innovation in Oral Care in Block Drug Company US.

Managed advertising communication accounts for American Home Products Whitehall Labs and Boyle-Midway Divisions. Brand assignments included Anacin, Anacin-3, Primatene Asthma Mist & Tablets, Predictor Home Pregnancy Kits, Easy-Off Oven Cleaner. Participated in Agency new business pitches.
