Responsible for the development, implementation and delivery of new monetization strategies for Digital TV Middleware across a global market. This included the execution of the strategies to major semiconductor retail consumer electronics brands. Achieving contract values that consistently out performed a target of 25% CAGR revenue growth in a mature and highly competitive market. In addition responsible for all aspects of product marketing strategy including the creation and implementation of a solution brand, managing external agencies for marketing execution and PR.

First EDA was a customer of my own consulting business initiated in 2002. The role primarily focused on the technical sales aspects of software tools for integrated circuit design. This required the adoption of multiple complex software applications to a high level of understanding in order to provide technical pre-sales support into major semiconductor design companies. The products were sourced globally and I was the local support representative, acting on behalf of First EDA. A key part of the role was the assessment of new and emerging solutions for potential introduction into the UK market.

Developed and closed large opportunity pipeline for Engineering Design Automation (EDA) tools from a technical perspective, including consulting services to Ericsson on 3G chip prototyping and technical training preparation and delivery. Assisted in the development of a pipeline large enough to support an in country direct presence.

Sales support for key accounts across the South of England, delivering product solutions to a wide variety of target markets on behalf of Alters Semiconductors.
